Requirements section of the California Code of Regulations (CCR), Title 22:

  • Section 81095.5 for SRFs
  • Section 85095.5 for ARFs, CCHs and EBSHs
  • Section 87470 for RCFEs
  • Section 87895.5 for RCFCIs

The plan must be in writing and made available upon request to residents/clients onsite, any responsible
party for a resident/client, the local Long-Term Care Ombudsman, and the California Department of Social
Services.
