Success with any online Learning Management System is dependent on many variables. Please consider the following:

  1. Online classes are best when on a desktop or laptop computer. Whether using a Windows PC or Apple Macintosh computer, our classes work best using the Google Chrome browser.
  2. The speed of your internet connection is out of our control. By using our online classes, you acknowledge that slow internet can have an impact on your experience.
  3. Participation and attention when using an online class may affect the time required to complete a class. Additionally, our online classes are “metered” according to State Regulations. This means a one-hour module will take at least one hour.
  4. Mobile devices and tablets are not recommended when taking online classes. However, if you choose to use such a device it is best to download the TalentLMS App from your app store and connect to our domain. Contact our office for assistance at (530) 894-2114.

Community Care Options is not responsible for internet connection issues, software malfunction and/or incompatibility, or technical issues related to a device being used for the purpose of taking any course, webinar, or learning module.
