This Disaster Training Manual meets the requirements of Title 22, Chap. 1, Art 3-4, section 80023 that states
(a) Each licensee shall have and maintain on file a current, written disaster and mass casualty plan of action. (b) The plan shall be subject to review by the licensing agency.
